The Little Dining Club offers a tailored selection of services to create unforgettable parties for
children aged 0-8 years. Our services include:

 •Child-sized furniture hire

 •Event planning service

All designed and provided to enhance the chosen theme and create an
engaging and practical environment for children.

We provide setups for children at any type of event, including children’s birthday parties, family gatherings, adult birthday parties, weddings, religious celebrations, seasonal celebrations, Christenings, baby showers, garden parties, charity events, corporate children’s parties and more.

Currently we are taking bookings for 6 – 40 children.

Our tables and chairs are suitable for children aged between 1 and 8 years old. We provide highchairs for babies under 1 or 1 year olds you feel may need them. We
recommend 2-3 chairs per table for older children (5-8 years) just to give them a little extra space.

We cover all of Essex and Suffolk.

Delivery within a 5 mile radius from our HQ (CO4) is free. Between 5 and 15
miles from our HQ, delivery is a standard cost of £30. Outside of a 15 mile
radius, delivery and collection is charge £1 per additional mile.

Our minimum setup is 6. If the booking venue is 20 miles or further from our
HQ (CO4), a minimum order of 15 chairs is required.

For optimal planning and execution, we advise booking at least 3-6 months in advance. We always recommend the first thing you should decide on and book (if necessary) is the venue. You will then find it much easier to book suppliers once you know where the party will be, the space available and access times (if in a hired venue).

We can provide the extra seating you may need when your home is more full than usual- Christmas, Easter, Eid, Diwali, New Year’s Eve, Halloween, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, to list a few. We offer special seasonal prices and offers so keep an eye out on our socials!

A £50 non-refundable booking fee secures the date and the balance is due 6 weeks before your event.

Yes, we are fully insured, DBS checked and have public liability cover.

Yes – subject to availability, weekend and extended hires are available for an extra cost.

Of course! Many of our clients like to transform the dining space to an arts and crafts area once the children have finished eating. All we ask is that the table is covered beforehand (you can hire a non-slip table cover from us). Please read our Ts & Cs carefully for care advice, as stains will be charged for if suitable care is not taken.

Our washing up service is complimentary if you select a tableware package with your
furniture hire. Our washing up service can also be added to your party kit hire for a small extra cost.

Party kits include plates, cups, knives, forks and spoons and are available to
our local community. For a full list of areas please take a look at our Party Kits
page. We offer a washing up and delivery/collection
service. You can also hire additional items such as jugs and food trays.

Yes, party kits are suitable for both adults and children. We have a wide range of colours and styles to choose from.

Party kits can be booked from 5 weeks in advance of your event. We welcome last minute party kit orders.
